“A regal and refined Manor House, turned hotel, in Niagara on the Lake. The enchanting and comfortable rooms will beckon you after a long days sight seeing. Sit out on the porch while you feast on HobNobs famed seasonal dishes. The Charles Hotel is an ageless classic filled with warmth and charm. ”

Hotel review

A truly warm welcome awaits you at The Charles Hotel, from the moment you step in the door the staff are attentive, helpful, but crucially never invasive. They seem to really enjoy their jobs, and being part of this magical old pile. We stayed in a Premier Room overlooking Queen Street, we worried about noise from traffic but this was not a problem on this peaceful stretch of street. The rooms boast Egyptian Cotton, feather top beds and even a pillow menu! The restaurant is superb and never misses the mark. We were so stuffed after dinner that we requested our bottle be brought up to the room and this was taken care of without a hint of trouble. Perfectly located for exploring, without being in the hustle and bustle.
