Hotel review

A recent renovation has left this hotel in the uber-contemporary group of Caribbean stays. The villas dotted acorss 40 acres of tropical land seem very private, and the interiors are homely and welcoming despite the modern update. The bathrooms, fitted out in peachy marbles are exceptionally lovely. An enormous infinity pool is surrounded by white soft day beds overlooking the ocean, and a few steps further takes you to the waters. Activities, it goes without saying, are all there, and the hotel will organise anything you like, from horse riding to a local market trip. You will probably need a hire car to venture from the resort, but the extensive and brilliant lunch and dinner menus mean you may not need to.
