“Unusual and grand hotel with rich vintage interiors matching the red-brick Gothic architecture. Hardwood floors pave the spacious, light-filled, colourful rooms, and a terrace and garden provide the perfect oasis. The breathtaking Hoffman Hall reception room is also a show-stopping events space.”

The High Line Hotel: Review

Set in the 19th-century red-brick seminary of an Episcopal Church, this 60-room boutique hotel opposite the popular High Line Park is hip hotel as religious experience. Rooms, suites and public spaces are furnished with Victorian and Edwardian antiques and artifacts – Tiffany-style lamps, rewired 1920s dial telephones – while a cathedral-like Refectory on the north side serves as an event space. The lobby’s superb Intelligentsia coffee bar will have you praising the lord.
