“Effortlessly gracious grande dame that just happens to be only ten years old. Timelessly classic decoration that oozes understated elegance and grace - marble floors, colonnades, fireplaces, artworks, bedrooms in neutral tones. Beautiful garden, Michelin restaurant, and small spa. ”

Hotel Review

Just off St Stephen’s Green, The 142 room Merrion Hotel, originally four townhouses and the birthplace of The Duke of Wellington, is now a hotel of Edwardian elegance in all its glory with a twist of modernity. Relaxed formality with an abundance of helpful staff, The Merrion has something for everyone. A garden restaurant, Bistro dining, a private bar for guests, a pool, spa and gym, all designed to meet the needs of visitors and business guests alike. From the owner’s private art collection on display around the hotel to the sumptuous calm décor of the bedrooms the Merrion is indeed 5 star.
