Unwind by the pretty outdoor pool or in the gardens. A tranquil escape to the country.”

Hotel review

For holidaymakers who want a taste of the country with enough proximity to a city for day trips, this idyllic corner of Umbria is an ideal choice; at just one hour's drive to Rome and a stone's throw from the medieval town of Narni, this resort's location gives you the best of both worlds. Located in a former dove tower, the hoteliers have preserved many of the heritage building's original features, from terracotta legdes to pigeon-hole windows. These features are complemented by carefully selected antiques in the boutique hotel's seven, well-appointed rooms. The suite is the jewel in the crown of the resort, offering a homely living space and a pretty, private sun terrace. Guests can enjoy use of an outdoor pool surrounded by the verdant hotel grounds. There are plenty of hidden corners to discover in the secret garden-style grounds; enjoy an al fresco breakfast to soak in the morning sun during your stay. While there is no restaurant on-site, the hosts here are happy to provide many local recommendations. A hidden gem in picturesque Umbria.
