“A historic 1809 farmhouse nestled in 150 acres with everything from river access to hiking trails and a herd of alpacas! The elegant rooms are the perfect blend of modern style and antique charm. Mouthwatering meals are served in the romantic wood panelled dinning room. Country chic. ”

Hotel review

This is truly an enchanting getaway. Every detail has been thought of, from the soft beds and linens, to the log fires and complimentary wine and cheese reception! Charming owner Amie will do all she can to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as she can. Ask about hikes and trails onsite and around the area, she will also organise fly fishing, cross country skiing and a range of water sports on the river. The gardens are spectacular, with lily ponds, a friendly herd of alpacas and the chef's organic vegetable patch. The food is second to none, and we know why, as long time members of Vermont Fresh Network everything served is made with local farm fresh produce, free-range meats, seasonal game and Vermont artisan cheeses!
