Geneva isn’t known for being great value, instead it’s known for being elegant, historic and beautiful. But there are a couple of accommodation options in Geneva that will make a stay here reasonably priced, as well as appealing. Plainpalais is a good part of Geneva for great value hotels, it’s close to the university, so it’s got a young, lively vibe, and Geneva’s largest flea market, and it’s got good transport links. Paquis is another good value neighbourhood; it’s close to the lake, the main station, and Palais des Nations. If you want to be in the thick of things the Old Town is the place to stay, and you will find great value hotels in amongst the boutique aparthotes, luxury hotels, and five star grand dames. If you’re looking for great value family-friendly hotels consider Eaux Vives or Palais des Nations. Below you'll find our pick of the bunch.
