City hotel meets alpine ski resort at Avenue Lodge. Designed by Parisian architect Jean-Philippe Nuel, Avenue Lodge is the most style conscious, metropolitan place in Val d’Isère. The neon-drenched bar, which also uses plenty of wood and stone, reflects this best, though the rooms retain a more traditional rustic feel, also with plenty of wood and stone. Ski by day and sip cocktails by night in a trendy alpine-urban space. Heated swimming pool, whirlpool and hammam.
