Hotel Review
This eight bedroom guesthouse has been lovingly renovated offering clean and comfortable rooms that still retain their original features. The extremely friendly owners Lisa and Steve ensure a warm welcome and abundant knowledge on the surrounding area. Dinner starts with a glass of Prosecco or a cocktail in the drawing room followed by food inspired by the local produce they use. The menu is changed daily. The Tweed Valley offers up a host of activities including excellent mountain biking, walks both gentle and more challenging and fishing. Naturally, being Scotland, there are an array of golf courses for enthusiasts to play on and the hotel offers up an indulgent picnic lunch to take with you. All in all an excellent country escape.
