“A charming B&B country house in a stunning hilltop position overlooking sleepy hamlets in the valleys below. Gorgeously and luxuriously simple; neat rooms, gardens, swimming pool, breakfast room and views. Perfect for local exploring or a romantic break.”

Why do people love staying in your hotel?
We add a real personal touch, with only four rooms, guests enjoy plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. We can provide an extensive itinerary of things to do locally including our own recommendations of places to eat, anything from a basic but fantastic pizzeria to high-end cuisine.
What is there to do in the area?
For culture lovers we map out a route for guests taking in some of the Roman ruins and art to be found in the region. For fashion lovers we can provide information on a trip to the fashion outlets at the home of Tod's, other labels include Prada and Hugo Boss. For the less label conscious we send guests to the local factories where you can pick up handmade loafers for gents and ladies at a real bargain price. Handbag shopping is also another big draw where we send guests to a great local factory for high quality but reasonably priced wares.
We are situated between the mountains and the beach, so if you want something a little different than the swimming pool you can spend a day in the Sibilini mountains where you can swim in lake Fiastra or spend a day at the nearby beaches of Porto San Giorgio, Sirolo and Numana.
What kind of breakfast do you offer?
We offer a continental breakfast with home baked bread and cakes, fresh fruit salad, local honey, yogurt, cereal and fruit juice along with endless coffee or tea
Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally?
Only breakfast but we give guests a long list of local places to eat including what you can expect from each one, directions on how to reach each one and get back to the house. We also provide suggestions for places by the beach and in the mountains.
Which are your most popular room types, and why?
No room is more popular than any other, the styling remains the same throughout the rooms. All have old terracotta tiles on the floor and wherever possible we've tried to retain how the property would have looked when first built with a few modern touches like air-con and open walk-in showers.
What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms ?
We take bookings where the children are 14 or over and they are expected to have their own room.
What message would you like to give Hotel Guru readers?
If you'd like to visit the region that Italians refer to as 'The Real Italy' then Le Marche should be first on your list. Here there are no tourist traps, no tourist prices and no coach loads of day tourists. When you eat in the local restaurants you'll eat what the locals eat, pay what the locals pay and at times find yourself sharing a table in a busy eatery with the friendly and open locals.
