“A collection of rooms set across seven traditional village houses high in the Troodos Mountains. A crafty renovation has created spacious and light rooms with all your modern amenities yet not losing the buildings original features. However, its the spa you'll really come for which is simply superb.”

Hotel review

This unique hotel offers boutique accommodation within an historic village in the picturesque Troodos Mountains. Set over seven houses guests can choose from suites or studios. Although the design is individual from room to room the feel is that perfect mix of contemporary and traditional. Fresh whitewashed walls are complimented by beamed ceilings, working fireplaces, exposed stone walls and the odd local artifact. However, the bathrooms are a modern and indulgent affair. The spa is a real focal point of any stay here. Featuring seven treatment rooms, private hydrotherapy whirlpools, tropical rain and foot baths, and a rasul mud cabin. The Thai masseurs provide the perfect relaxing massage combining the acrobatic traditional Thai style with Swedish massage. Dining is an equally serious affair, with a dizzying option of five resturants serving Cypriot cuisine in every way possible. For couples, there's a romantic fine-dining option while families can enjoy a more casual option at the grill restaurant or cafe. A spectacular setting to explore the Trodos mountain trails, wineries and monasteries of the region.

The restoration of a handful of stone cottages into a luxurious spa retreat doesn’t get much better than this. Add a location in the verdant Marathasa Valley and the owners’ commitment to preserving local culture, and a stay here provides an appealing slice of Cypriot life.
