“Located in a quiet corner of town, yet just ten minutes walk from the city centre. Decorated with an eclectic array of Asian antiques from the owner's travels. Rooms are in painted neutral colours, some with four-poster beds, claw-foot baths and power showers. Plus a tranquil garden to enjoy.”

Hotel review

Positioned on a hill on the south side of Bath looking across to the Royal Crescent, Dorian House is a charming family-run guest house. Each of the 14 immaculate rooms, whether cosy or spacious with a four-poster bed, are well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits and extra welcoming touches such as chocolates on the pillows, bath salts and body scrub in the modern en suite bathrooms. The family put every effort into making guests’ stay comfortable and cocooning - soft sheets and pillows, fluffy towels and an honesty bar. The quiet location - and the super luxurious mattresses - help guarantee a soothing sleep. The “legendary” breakfasts do not disappoint with everything covered, from yoghurt and fruit to cooked specialities alongside faultless service. With many years in hospitality, Rosalind, her daughters and friendly team make for a memorable stay. With parking on site and a mere 10-15 minute stroll into the city centre, the location is ideal.
