A charmingly European wine bar and great breakfast buffet make this French Quarter, mid-range retreat one to seriously consider. It's close enough to the thick of things to feel vital, but still feels oasis-like in its calm. The luxe design touches combine nicely with a host of attractive complimentary amenities.
