“An immaculately decorated and furnished former Cardinal's mansion in the city center. The suites will transport you back to another time with parquet floors, bold wallpapers, and sumptuous beds. Sit out in the sculpture filled courtyard enjoying the Michelin-starred cuisine. Chic and sophisticated.”

Hotel Review
From the late 17th-century honey-coloured façade to the glassed-in courtyard, dotted with plants and sculptures, nothing about this gorgeous hotel, built on a 14th-century cardinal’s palace, disappoints. Reception rooms and bedrooms, done out impeccably in brocade, chintz or toile de Jouy, are all sumptuous and romantic, and chef Florent Pietravalle draws gourmets from far and wide.

La Mirande
This doyenne of Avignon hotels remains the grandest and most tranquil haven in the heart of one of France's most delightful cities. La Mirande is an address to impress, with service (and prices) to match.
