The picturesque village of Hermance is perfect for a quiet, romantic holiday. Just an hour's drive outside of Geneva, many of the buildings date back to the thirteenth-century and have been beautifully restored to retain the village's charm.
The ambience at L'Auberge d'Hermance, like in the village, is friendly and relaxed. The hotelier's clear eye for design is reflected in the unique suites; the circular bed in the split-level Arc en Ciel loft suite is a particular favourite.
There are three options for dining areas, which is a nice touch for a modestly sized bed and breakfast. Whether you have dinner in the restaurant, out in the winter garden or on the charming terrace, the gourmet cuisine and stellar service will be a delight.
