With its superb location - moments from Nieuwmarkt, in the heart of the historic centre of Amsterdam – and its charming and helpful owners, this hip little hideaway offers an ideal pit stop. There are six individually themed rooms, ranging from the trendy Design to the romantic Baroque, that overlook either the canal or the garden and include amenities such as a mini bar and rain shower. Rates are reasonable and vary depending on the canal or garden view. Free wifi is included and the staff will help arrange services such as a massage, walking tour or boat ride and they’ll let you borrow a bike for a day. A friendly place.
