Bold, contemporary design breathes boutique flair into a revamped 16th-century, classic-Granada mansion at Shine Albayzín. The location is ultra-handy, the on-site café turns out wonderful breakfasts, and the best of the slickly styled rooms have flawless Alhambra views.
