Centre stage in the high street, and part of the impressive Stay Original Group, this hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the nearby spectacular Jurassic coast and Hardy country. The charming historic building has hosted everyone from Queen Victoria to David Attenborough. Sip a standout cocktail fireside or in the garden, enjoy sustainable cuisine in its accomplished yet relaxed restaurant or the super comfortable lounge. Decorated individually with real flair, all rooms feature mod cons and ultra modern bathrooms, some boasting a romantic roll top bath. Joyous soft furnishings and vintage furniture finds give a feeling of retro style with real atmosphere. You could happily spend a weekend here and never leave, enjoying the decadence of a luxury boutique hotel with all the appeal of a pub with lovely staff who are on the ball yet completely at ease.
