A townhouse turned functional hotel in the medieval centre of Kilkenny. Experience a busy basement bar with large screens showing live matches and locals enjoying Guinness. The rooms are uncluttered and pristine; some have views of the famous castle. Across the road is the sister hotel, the large, luxurious and recently renovated Ormonde. Benefit from the low room rates at the Pembroke but use of the Ormonde’s super spa and leisure facilities. The swanky restaurant in the sister hotel draws well-heeled local professionals.
