A small town just two kilometres from Lamego in Northern Portugal, Britiande is home to just 1,000 people. Travel information

  • Fly to Porto International Airport, and travel just under 1.5 hours by road to Britiande. Most hotels will be happy to arrange an airport pick up in advance.

  • Travel in July and August for the warmest weather (averaging around 30°C); spring or autumn months promise cooler climes and fewer visitors. This is a hugely popular part of Portugal so book well in advance to avoid missing out.
