The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are gorgeous, whilst the Boothbay Railway Village and Boothbay Region Historical Society both offer an intriguing insight into the region’s past. The seven lighthouses near Boothbay Harbor are also fascinating — check out Hendricks Head Lighthouse and Burnt Island Lighthouse, amongst others. Kids will adore the Maine State Aquarium!
