This is simply put, the best mountainside destination out there. The founders have thrown buckets of money at incredibly talented designers and told them to work their magic, and oh boy have they! Every detail is perfect, without being too perfect, the design feels homely, yet ultimately opulent beyond the norm. The materials and artworks have been locally sourced and the furnishings have been designed by the likes of John Pawson and Patricia Urquiol. Clever use of leather, stone, and wood give a rustic feel and light fixtures, and floating fire bowels add that wow factor. The restaurant is perfect, serving Italian cuisine with a modern local twist and the bar is an experience in itself. The location is unbeatable in the stunning Teton Village, with direct access to slopes and hiking trails that litter this area- however, you may find you can't pull yourself out of Caldera House. Simply wonderful

"Each of the eight suites is more like a self-contained home than a hotel suite, with a lavish kitchen and living and dining areas in addition to the bedrooms."
