This hotel has hit the nail on the head in terms of creating something exciting from its original dwelling - the concept is minimal white washed individual cottages in modern design, fabulous food, spectacular views, and sea-faring activities if you wish. The hotel is practically on the sea, but still surrounded by the charm of vineyards. There's a tennis court to run off a delicious lunch and boats to charter in the morning.
