“The gourmet Lover’s Inn set in idyllic surroundings in Southern Fyn. Good size rooms with beautiful views of the Inn’s restaurant garden, leading down to its own sandy beaches. Minimalist rooms in creams and whites with terraces for the views. Michelin starred cuisine and beer brewed on site!”

Hotel review

This amazing Inn from the 16th Century, with Denmark’s very first Michelin star attached to its restaurant goes from strength to strength. The rooms are large with private terraces and big comfy beds. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. The most important aspect of the Inn is of course its food. The restaurant is famous, and has been staying abreast with changes in the culinary world, including reducing fatty elements as well as sourcing many of its ingredients from its own gardens. Guests are invited to visit the kitchens on request. The hotel also has its own beach at the bottom of the garden, and has arrangements with nearby Faaborg golf course plus tennis next door. Bicycles are at guests' disposal. And finally you can land your own chopper, or moor your yacht! What more could you want?
