The Finca’s four apartments are beautifully fitted out with Marimekko fabrics, crisp sheets and walk-in showers. English owners Tarnya and Richard (he’s a surfer) love Lanzarote and are a mine of tips on how to make the most of your stay. They’ll happily organize horse-riding, painting and big-game fishing for their more adventurous guests. On Mondays, dinner (home-made tagine) is served on your private terrace. Other treats include on-site massage, the ridiculously tranquil vineyard setting (Malvasia produces 6,000 tonnes of grapes a year) and a mini-gym.
