Set just outside Split's bustling historic centre sits the town's oldest hotel; dating back to 1921, Hotel Park is now a luxury, five-star establishment. For those of us who like the finer things, this hotel hits just the right note. Arrive to a glass of champagne and a stellar concierge service who will help you to settle in. With smart balconies, sea views and plush beds, the suites leave little to be desired. Whether you like to lie in and order breakfast in bed or go for a morning run on the beach, make sure you reserve a table in the restaurant for an evening meal. It is fine dining at its best, with a wine list that goes for miles. For comfort, pleasure and relaxation, Hotel Park ticks all the boxes.
