“A charming alpine lodge with an enviable lakeside position. The simple traditionally styled rooms benefit from epic views. Regional cuisine is served in the light filled elegant restaurant, and the whisky and wine selection are particularly noteworthy. Highly recommended.”

Hotel review

A traditional property with far stretching views across the lake and over the mountains. Cosy rooms feature exposed beams and sink-into beds. Well located with easy access to the many surrounding mountain pursuits. The hotel provides bikes for exploring and a free shuttle to and from the train station. The Waldhaus am See restaurant boasts excellent food, with knockout views! Specialities include barbecue, fondue and fish dishes. Cosy up by the fire in the lounge or bar areas and rest your ski wearied limbs.
