“A distinctive and remarkable hotel, set on a working farm in the heart of Baie-Saint-Paul. The sleek and carefully designed modern rooms offer spectacular views. A range of restaurants all serve produce directly from the land, fresh full flavours are key. A real show stopper! ”

Hotel review

It's hard to pin down a favourite room (they all scream originality and offer their own quirky perks) but Le Clos, meaning the enclosure, wins out for us. There is a raw, slightly barn-like quality to the structure, with Hanging Edison lamps and exposed wood beams. However this first impression fades to periphery as you observe the luxurious fourposter bed, sumptuous linen, elegant chez lounge and freestanding bath. Everything in the hotel has been carefully crafted and designed by local artisan carpenters and sculptors. The food is to die for, with everything from Tapas to pizza and fine dining. The working farm supplies the produce so you can rest assured it is fresh, seasonal and about as local as you can get!
