Le Manoir d'Agnes is an excellent hotel, nestled into the Pyrénées village of Tarascon-sur-Ariège. Set in a beautiful English style manor, beautifully renovated in 2009 to pave the way for modern interiors. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable with crisp white colour schemes and minimalist furnishings. Downstairs in the restaurant, you can try delicious Pyrenean cuisine paired with locally produced wines. The area is home to a host of outdoor pursuits including skiing and mountaineering. It's the perfect location for a walking holiday, with plenty of great great trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. Be sure not to miss out on the fantastic prehistoric caves just a couple of miles from the hotel.
