Hotel Review
Owned by the Tournier brothers who have a spectacular portfolio of hotels and restaurants in Courchevel (and beyond), St Joseph is a glorious mixture of castle, chalet and cottage. There are stunning suites with grand staircases and log fires as well as cosy double rooms. The reception area is decidedly masculine with hunting rifles on the walls, leather sofas, fur throws, magnificent flowers, tall jars of sweets, and newspapers strewn about. Both restaurants, Italian and Asian, are great for watching Courchevel’s beau monde. Breakfast is exquisite with all the trimmings and special minerals for every conceivable ailment from insomnia to lethargy.
