“A stunning hotel with all the romance and joie de vivre of Provence. Golden-stone Renaissance architecture, cypress and olive trees surrounding terraces, a pool perched on a mount overlooking the valley, sumptuous rooms and suites, and flamboyant Provencal cuisine. Utterly dreamy. ”

Hotel review

This hotel really encapsulates the region that it overlooks from its lofty perch. It's the sort of hotel that you remember wistfully. Its romantic golden stone terraces encased by olive and cypress trees are perfect spots for evening aperitifs, and for breakfasts the room's balcony has stunning views. 33 rooms, 3 of which are suites, are all fabulously chic. The pool area is really quite spectacular, as is the food that is so colourful and innovatively presented that you hardly want to eat it, but do!
