As far as Riads go they can be much of a muchness, but this one really stands out. It manages to be understated yet highly luxurious, romantic not smarmy, and sympathetic to its surroundings without being cliched. Just five large suites are decorated with the finest furnishings - marble floors, aged black and white photographs, soft fabrics, paintings, some with four poster beds, artisanal soap in the bathrooms (which are huge marble affairs), and wonderful views towards the Atlas mountains from connecting balconies. There's beautiful a courtyard and roof terrace to relax in. Wonderful!

Why will people love staying in your hotel? The riad blends refinement, comfort, elegance, style and intimacy. It is ideally situated, has gorgeous views, sumptuous bedrooms and a wonderfully friendly staff to make it a true home away from home. What is there to do in the area? The riad is located in a particularly elegant area of the bustling, vibrant medina. It is a stone's throw from the souks and a short stroll to the legendary main square. There are excellent antique shops and superb restaurants within walking distance, but ultimately the riad's tailored service can organise anything from hiking trips to quad biking to cooking classes to hot air ballooning. Anything is possible! What kind of breakfast do you offer? A fusion of continental and Moroccan flavours taken either on a sunny terrace, a shaded courtyard or in the rooms. Elements of the breakfast change daily and the finest Italian coffee is served. Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? Both lunch and dinner can be lovingly prepared with a few hours notice and we have an extensive list of restaurant options, all underpinned by the personal experiences of your hosts and their knowledge of local gems Which are your most popular room types, and why? We have 5 individually decorated rooms each with their own distinct character. Leale is a particular favourite as with its own private courtyard, it feels like a riad within a riad. What message would you like to give Hotel Guru readers? Flamboyance, grace, sunshine, elegance, laughter, style, warmth and beauty. Please do come and stay with us.
