What is there to do in the area? The Barcelona EDITION is ideally located, nestled in the heart of the city, on the edge of El Born District beside the Picasso and MOCO Museums and the Barcelona Gothic Cathedral, adjacent to the Santa Caterina Market and steps away from Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Barceloneta beach. 

What kind of breakfast do you offer? We offer an à la carte breakfast at our main restaurant Veraz. From classic to vegan and locally-sourced options, this is the perfect hearty meal to kick-start one’s day.

Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? Veraz, our honest market cuisine restaurant, is open every day and offers product-driven options all day. Punch Room, our award-winning cocktail bar, offers evening bites to accompany your signature punches. The Roof, our Mediterranean terrace with panoramic views, serves light Asian-inspired dishes to enjoy every day from 11am to 12am.

Should you wish to explore the gastronomy outside of The Barcelona EDITION’s four walls, you can have a tapas craving at Bar Cañete, the authentic and local bar by excellence or Ziryab Fusion Tapas, a cute little fusion tapas restaurant in the backstreets of Barcelona. You can also have a taste of Argentina at Floreria Atlantico, the renowned cocktail bar.

Which are your most popular room types, and why? Each detail has been carefully selected to offer a space of calm and peace. Neutral color palettes and timeless design distinguish each of the guest rooms. Accents of walnut and marble complement the design, which is punctuated with authentic local detail such as an iconic chair designed by Oscar Tusquets and artwork by Spanish artist Chema Madoz.

The Deluxe, Superior and Loft room as well as the Loft Corner and One bedroom Suites feature a small sofa nestled in a cube window, offering a relaxing space to admire the views over Barcelona. Moreover, our Penthouses feature a large furnished terrace on the 9th floor, with panoramic views of the city.
