“Easy-going and comfortable, The Bell ticks all the boxes. Great rooms (some in Stuart House across the road), excellent food served in the restaurant and an atmospheric pub combine to make it a great base for a weekend away in the Cotswolds. ”

Hotel review

From first glance, The Bell embodies a traditional Cotswolds Inn. An elegant building made from beautiful Cotswold stone, the inn is right in the heart of the sleepy Stow-on-the-Wold. This is a place that focuses on doing the simple things well, from its thoughtful and elegant decor to its delicious food. The Inn boasts thirteen lovely rooms spread between the main huose and Stuart House (just across the road) that are fitted with comfortable beds and tasteful furnishings. Downstairs, the cosy pub is the perfect place to nurse a couple of pints on a sedate Sunday afternoon. Stow is surrounded by glorious Cotswolds countryside that's ripe for exploring, either by car or by foot.
