“A minimalist design hotel on an iconic vineyard in the up-and-coming Goulburn Valley. Sleek interiors are clad in white & grey tones, with leather sofas, polished wood & sink-into tubs. The acclaimed art gallery is a highlight, as are the cellar door, the 20-metre infinity pool and the spa. Superb.”

The Mitchelton Hotel - Review

"It’s hard to find fault with this minimalist, design-led, boutique hotel in rural Victoria, where wine is king, local produce is queen and there’s even a resident chocolate factory. Wallow here for a while with simple luxuries on tap and soak up the serenity."
