The Oxford in lively LoDo draws on the grandeur of the Gilded Age. It's been an icon of Denver's hospitality scene since 1891 and is beloved by fans of its expertly-curated art collection and Art Deco design. It offers both style and substance, benefitting from a super convenient transport link to the airport via the A-line train at Union Station, just across the street.

Eighty guest rooms and suites have beautiful Victorian characteristics; particularly impressive is the sumptuous, 700 square ft Presidential Suite, with its claw foot soaking tub and decorative fireplaces. Lie back on the Egyptian linens, sample the Le Mistral products, then drop in for a martini at the Prohibition-era Cruise Room bar or go for a steak at homespun Urban Farmer downstairs. Be sure to save time for a cosseting afternoon at Oxford Club, Spa & Salon, which is amongst the best places to pamper yourself in the city.
