“Lovely Georgian farmhouse set in sprawling farmland”

Hotel review

The family in that run the charming Georgian farmhouse are more than up to the job since they are third generation farmers who have tended the land for over a hundred years. Their long and honourable tenure is characterised by the wealth of antiques and absorbing artworks in their lovely Georgian farmhouse. Traditiional roast dinners are served around a single table in the evening and naturally most of the food is their own produce. Each of the five guest bedrooms has its own distinct character as well as being bright, comfortable and sizeable. The house is surrounded by 720 acres of sprawling organic farmland and the beautiful Northumberland coastline is close at hand. If farmhouse guesthouses are your thing, this is a really good one.
