Situated on the lesser explored Greek island of Amorgos, there's a lot to admire about Aegialis Hotel & Spa. It's peaceful position overlooking a secluded bay affords fantastic sea views. The hotel itself is modern and sleek with design features that amount to a contemporary appreciation of the traditional Cycladic style. The rooms are smart and comfortable with crisp white colour schemes and daily fresh flowers. There's an outdoor pool for relaxing and a Olympic length indoor one for anyone looking for a more strenuous work out. Delicious Amorgian cooking and local wines can be sampled in the Ambrosia Restaurant, which offers an outdoor terrace with fantastic views out over the Aegean Sea. Wander down to nearby sandy coves or relax in the hotel's deluxe spa. Five-star excellence.
