Laid back style epitomises the Blaue Gans. - simple, uncomplicated, slightly impersonal but it delivers the goods. Bedrooms are carefully crafted and fitted into the fabric of the 600 year old building, so each room is unique in size and aspect but uniform in terms of modern design and contemporary art. The popular restaurant and outdoor bar with dining use regional produce with a modern twist and considering the location is equally popular with salzburgers as well as tourists. Blaue Gans – cool and natural.
