A boutique hotel owned and run by the legendary local restauranteurs the Ibarboure family. With generations of expertise and plenty of Michelin Stars to boot the cuisine is unsurprisingly excellent. The new generation have added a contemporary touch to this latest addition with chic rooms featuring exposed stone work, parquet flooring and white washed walls. For those who can roll out of bed early morning, post their evening indulgence in the restaurant, the nearby surf is great. For others, there's miles of sandy beaches to lounge upon. A foodies haven.
