“A luxury rural property located in an outstanding location near the coast in the Scottish Highlands. Opulent rooms feature plush fabrics, sink into beds and antique furniture. Evenings are equally indulgent with pre-dinner drinks held besides the fire and sumptuous three course meals. Glorious.”

Glenmorangie House

You don’t have to like whisky to love the low-key luxury and country house-party style (but with better food and service) offered here. Hidden in a walled garden next to the sea in an often overlooked corner of the Highlands, it’s one to seek out for those who appreciate life’s quieter pleasures.
