Upon request, a professional art historian will be at your disposal in the Hotel to illustrate the features of the historical and artistic heritage of Bologna and of Emilia Romagna. You will be given some notion and information about masterpieces, monuments and museums of the city, together with an overview about the main historical and artistic sites of Emilia Romagna, about logistics and planning of your trip, about typical and characteristic places and aspects of this land, about curiosities unknown to most people, which could make your stay in Bologna a unique moment in your discovery of Italy.

What kind of breakfast do you offer?
International and Italian breakfast too. There are also a lot of hot dishes on request.

Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally?
Sundays brunches are organized starting from 12 to 3 pm. Light lunches at Cafe’ Marinetti are also available. The proposal consists of a dish and, in addition, fresh fruits, delish treats, coffee, mineral water and a glass of wine. Light lunches are available every day.
Our Cafe’ Marinetti is daily open also to the public, like I Carracci Restaurant (Three Forks Michelin) too. You can also taste special cocktails created ad hoc for the celebration of Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, inventor of the Futuristic movement. For him, arriving in Bologna came to mean staying at the Baglioni Hotel. “Bologna, Baglioni.” His signature appears always in the guestbooks of the Hotel, that, even then, was considered a place of excellence. Which are your most popular room types, and why?
Grand Hotel Majestic “già Baglioni” has different room types starting from Classic category to Suite. Executive and Presidential suites are also available.
One of our suites is called “Art Déco Suite” on the 5th floor, with a private entrance and a private terrace which faces directly on Piazza del Nettuno.
All the 109 rooms are in classical venetian style.

What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms?
Baby-sitting is available upon request and extra beds can be added starting from Deluxe room category.
