A very affordable alternative to other Glasgow hotels with similar prime real estate, Grasshoppers is the everyman’s choice for luxury accommodation. Rooms have simple furnishings, and there is an on-site restaurant which serves fresh Scottish-sourced meals. Due to its excellent location, this budget-hotel suffers somewhat from traffic noise, but the obliging and friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms more than compensate. Within walking distance are some of Glasgow city’s main attractions.
