“An eco-friendly resort perched on the side of the Atlas Mountains. The rooms range from economy dorms to luxurious havens. Moroccan chic decor with exposed wood beams, whitewash walls and bright fabrics. Indescribable views. The delicious food and lovely hosts seal the deal. ”

Hotel review

Incredible views from a unique mountain retreat run by Berbers and reached by donkey. Situated at the foot of Jbel Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa, Kasbah Toubkal has won a Green Globe for sustainable tourism and is a mecca for trekkers who can enjoy numerous accompanied hikes. Don't expect phones or TVs: we're talking back-to-nature wow factor and mint tea on the roof terrace.

Spectacular day walks in the surrounding area, overnight treks to our Trekking Lodge in the Azzaden Valley and more adventurous treks up Mount Toubkal (4.165m), the highest mountain in North Africa. Relaxing on the roof terrace of the Kasbah with its magnificent views and taking a hammam (steam bath).
