For a grown-up getaway on Lefkada, you really cannot ignore Katouna Suites. This contemporary property appears to have been carved precariously into the steep hillside, and because of this its views are simply breathtaking; a vista of deep blue waters with mainland Greece in the background. There are only ten suites here, and it's strictly adults-only, so the vibe is very laid back and peaceful. The ten suites are beautifully appointed. Each comes with a private balcony or terrace from where those views are guaranteed and each also features a little kitchenette area just in case you don't want to venture out. The decor is contemporary and stylish, the palette of muted creams and greys provides a feeling of sophisticated cool and luxury. More of the luxury vibe can be found by the pool. It's an amazing 23 metre infinity pool surrounded by plenty of loungers and cabanas and there's a poolside bar to quench your thirst and provide snacks when required. If you're looking for total R'n'R then this is it. Sheer bliss!
