Which are your most popular room types, and why? Each of our rooms were individually designed and styled with their own theme. From our Pleney honeymoon suite with its roll-top bath, our Roc D'Enfer room with its four poster Indonesian bed and Buddha theme, to our Ardent family suite with its built-in sleigh bed, each room really does vary. We have some guests returning year on year, requesting the same room while while others are aiming to sleep in all 11 as the seasons progress. We developed our virtual tour so our guests can truly tour every nook and cranny of our chalets.
What facilities do you have for children and can you fit extra beds in your rooms ? Each room was spaciously designed to give optimum use of space. Our room types vary from twin, double, triple, family triple, and our one quadruple family room. While we offer our chalet on a sole occupancy basis from 24, full occupancy of all rooms can actually accommodate up to 30 guests. We offer referral to an in-house nanny service for families travelling with younger children, while over sole occupancy family weeks we host an earlier supervised kids dinner service in a separate reception area allowing our older guests to truly relax in front of our open fire, whilst enjoying our pre-dinner canapes and cocktail service.
