Hotel Review
Nadia and Manolis Paraski knocked two old Ottoman-Venetian buildings into one to create this little gem with its arched doorways around a calm inner courtyard and tiny pool. Colours are soothing (creamy yellows and greens), and the bedrooms have beamed ceilings. There are 15 rooms in all, including eight split-level suites with sofa-beds in the living areas. All have mini-kitchens, but with a fabulous breakfast spread every day and Rethymnon’s array of restaurants nearby, you won't need to use them much.
