The Ostuni Palace is located in the centre of Ostuni featuring the old town with white streets, the silvery green olive trees and the crystalline blue sea. The staff, at your complete disposal, will organize gastronomic routes, wine or oil tasting visits and horse ridings by the sea and through secular olive trees... Ostuni is a great location from which to visit the most impressive nearby towns: Alberobello with its trulli, Castellana and its Caves, Trani and the magnificient Cathedral, Lecce with its Baroque, Otranto and its amazing hystorical centre and the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto... The San Filippo Restaurant with its outstanding cuisine is the real point of strength of the hotel: one will find a mixture of traditions and new concepts to meet the most demanding palates. The 34 elegant and refined rooms, finished in every detail, have a private bathroom with tub or shower, air conditioner, independent heathing, satellite tv, bar, safe with personal code, internet, direct phone line and room service on demand.
