Hotel review

Classic medium-sized (29 rooms, large and unusually comfortable) hotel, privately-owned, very central, smart, and well run. Although it occupies several houses of a Georgian terrace opposite the Assembly Rooms it feels anything but old-fashioned. There is a striking absence of pictures. Well-chosen colours and fabrics. Lift. Several small drawing rooms, an attractive town garden and subterranean restaurant that prides itself on an interesting wine list. Excellent concierge service.

Why do people love staying in your hotel? It is more like staying in a private Georgian home than a hotel. Centrally located to all of Bath. Friendly welcoming team who make staying at The Queensberry a pleasure.

What is there to do in the area? All that the World Heritage City of Bath could offer! The Roman Baths, Pump Rooms and Bath Abbey as well as Bath's unique shops, are all close by.

What kind of breakfast do you offer? Continental to Full English.

Do you offer other meals? And can you recommend good places to eat out locally? Lunch and Dinner offered in the award winning Olive Tree restaurant with menus prepared by the talented young Chef, Chris Cleghorn, who trained under Michael Caines, Heston Blumenthal and Adam Simmonds.
