Recently refurbished, stylish rooms that have wooden floors and furnishings and pretty bedspreads, this charming little guesthouse offers value for money and its central location, within walking distance of all the main tourist sites and the river, makes it a great budget base for exploring the city. The rooms are simple but clean and surprisingly spacious and the staff friendly and ever ready to help. The B&B is entered by and sits above a café which on Wednesdays hots a jazz band ¬– but don’t worry: they finish playing at a reasonable hour!
